Did I Do This?

Yes, I did! I did this! Okay, so I had a LOT of help from I've been using one of her generously distributed journal templates, but decided it would be a challenge to do my own. So, I followed her tutorial here:



After reading, re-reading, not quite understanding the why's of certain values, I just put my trust in her good teaching skills and gave it a try. I ended up adjusting a couple of values to better suit my Journal templates, but I got it working! At least, in Firefox, that is. Lol, I haven't looked at it in IE yet - so if it's squinchy here or there, it's Microsoft's fault, not mine! ;D

Oh and btw, if you are not seeing my new avatar/icon, do the Ctrl/F5 refresh thing, cause I've changed it.

Anyway, this here new journal look is yet another tribute to my summer of spontaneous fun. It's really quite nice - each day is pleasantly filled with things I enjoy doing - and so, when there are things that need doing just by the force of situational ethics, like carpooling kids, or paying bills - whatever it may be - I do it without feeling put upon. Because I know that once those everyday musts are taken care of, I will then spend my free time fully, doing what I feel like doing within the moment. Saves a lot of wasted time, believe me.

Do what you must do, and ignore what you "should" do.  Then just do what you want to do.

That's what I did. And just look at what I did!!
